Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CPC Network, the developer and operator of the CPC Network mobile application and cpcmembernetwork.com website, collects, uses, discloses, protects, retains, and deletes personal information. This policy applies to the CPC Network app, website, member services, and related communications, collectively referred to as the Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by law or platform policy, CPC Network or its service providers will request it separately through an affirmative action.
Privacy contact: Questions, privacy requests, and account deletion requests may be sent to membership@cpcmembernetwork.com.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that members provide, information created through use of the Services, and limited technical information collected automatically by the app, website, Wix, and other service providers.
Information you provide
-
Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, password or authentication credentials, organization, title, location, and other registration details.
-
Member profile information, such as a profile photo, biography, professional interests, expertise, website, social links, and directory information you choose to provide.
-
Member content and communications, such as posts, comments, group activity, event responses, files, images, messages, and communications with CPC Network support.
-
Membership and transaction information, such as membership level, subscription status, billing address, transaction date, payment status, and related records. Payment card information is processed by payment providers and is not intended to be stored directly by CPC Network.
-
Preferences and consent choices, including communication preferences, notification settings, and permissions you grant through your device.
Information collected automatically
-
Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, mobile network information, browser type, internet protocol address, and diagnostic information.
-
Identifiers used to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services, which may include a device or app identifier, push notification token, session identifier, cookie identifier, or Android App Set ID when made available through the app platform.
-
Usage information, such as pages or screens viewed, features used, links selected, session dates and duration, interactions, crashes, and performance data.
-
Approximate location inferred from an internet protocol address or device settings when needed for security, language, or regional functionality. CPC Network does not intend to collect precise background location unless a feature clearly explains the need and obtains permission first.
Optional device access
The app may request access to device functions only when needed for a feature you choose to use. Examples may include camera or photo access to upload a profile image or content, file access to upload a document, and notification permission to receive updates. The app should provide an in-app explanation and request your affirmative consent before accessing personal or sensitive device data when required. You can change device permissions through your device settings.
CPC Network does not intend to collect private contacts, call logs, text messages, government identification numbers, health information, or persistent hardware identifiers such as IMEI or IMSI.
2. How We Use Information
-
Create, authenticate, administer, and support member accounts.
-
Provide member profiles, directories, groups, discussions, messaging, events, educational content, networking features, and other requested services.
-
Process memberships, subscriptions, and transactions, and maintain appropriate business records.
-
Send service notices, membership communications, event information, and marketing communications consistent with your choices.
-
Deliver push notifications when you grant notification permission.
-
Personalize and improve the Services and understand how features are used.
-
Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, and enforce agreements and community standards.
-
Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, and protect the rights and safety of CPC Network, members, and others.
If the Android App Set ID is collected through the app platform, it is used only for essential purposes such as analytics, security, fraud prevention, or app functionality. CPC Network does not use the App Set ID for personalized advertising or advertising measurement and does not link it to other identifiers or personal information for advertising purposes.
3. How We Disclose Information
CPC Network does not sell personal information. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
-
With other members or the public when you choose to publish information in your profile, directory, post, comment, group, event, or other visible area of the Services. The visibility of member content depends on the feature and your available settings.
-
With Wix and its affiliates, which provide the app, website, hosting, account, database, analytics, communications, and related technology used to operate the Services.
-
With payment processors, subscription providers, email and notification providers, analytics providers, security providers, customer support tools, and other service providers that process information for CPC Network under appropriate obligations.
-
With a person or organization you direct us to share information with, or when you otherwise give consent.
-
When reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce applicable agreements.
-
In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar organizational transaction, subject to appropriate protections and notice where required.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable privacy terms and contractual obligations.
4. Payments and Sensitive Information
Payments are processed through third party payment services made available through Wix or another authorized processor. CPC Network may receive transaction details such as the payer name, billing contact, amount, payment status, and transaction identifier, but is not intended to receive or store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
Do not post financial information, government identification numbers, private contact lists, or other highly sensitive information in a profile, message, group, post, or public area. CPC Network does not publicly disclose payment information or government identification numbers.
5. Data Security
CPC Network and its service providers use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards include access controls and encryption in transit, such as HTTPS or transport layer security, where supported. No system is completely secure, and CPC Network cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain an active membership or account, complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it is held.
When an account deletion request is verified, CPC Network will delete the account and associated personal information, or direct its service providers to do so, except for limited information that must be retained for legitimate reasons such as legal compliance, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Any retained information will be limited to the purpose requiring retention and protected from other use. Residual copies may remain temporarily in routine backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your CPC Network account and associated personal information through either of these methods:
-
In the app: Open your account or profile settings and select the available account deletion option.
-
On the website: Visit https://www.cpcmembernetwork.com/delete-account and follow the instructions on the Account Deletion page.
-
By email: Send a request from the email address connected to your account to membership@cpcmembernetwork.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
CPC Network may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and protect the account before completing deletion. Temporary deactivation, disabling, or freezing is not a substitute for deletion. Deleting an account may not remove content that another member has independently copied or shared outside the Services, and it may not remove information that must be retained for the limited reasons described above.

CPC Network will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to verification of their authority and the member's identity.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website and app platform may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, pixels, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, provide security, measure use, diagnose performance, and support communications. Available browser, device, and website consent controls may allow you to limit nonessential technologies. Limiting certain technologies may affect functionality.
10. Children
The CPC Network is a professional membership service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact membership@cpcmembernetwork.com so that we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
